Those services were put on a payment arrangement. I did not know that the 3rd party vendor was not a part of those payment arrangements, so it went to collections. The clinic forwarded the wrong mailing address to the 3rd party, so no bills were ever received by me. I 've asked them by phone to provide proof that i owe this debt and have been ignored.
