He was able to supply me with my home address, birth day, and the last - digits of my social security number in order to verify the veracity of his claims. I still did n't believe him. So I called the - - - 's medical billing department at - - - - and they confirmed that I paid my bill in full and on time. Then I called the - - - at - and they also confirmed that I paid my bill in full and on time. - companies told me that they had no affiliation whatsoever with the company called Peter Roberts & Associates , Inc - My wife and I receive health insurance through - - -, who was the victim of a - on - - 2015. We suspect that Peter Roberts & Associates somehow received our identity information directly or indirectly through this attack.
