They are reporting the item to all - credit bureaus incorrectly and this is causing me to not obtain a mortgage. They reported to the credit agency 's on - that it is an installment loan, another states that its closed, and the other open with the incorrect balance. We have been making the payments every month - three weeks early. We get the statement online on the - of the month and the payment is made by the - and due on the -.
