I recently set up payment plans with a collection agency in -/-/-, I set up for - dollars at the end of each month to be taken out and for the first payment to be taken out -/-/-. I paid - dollars over the phone for the month of -/-/- over the phone the same day I set up my payment plans. Well then at the end of -/-/- someone took out - dollars out of my account which I didn not give consent to. I strictly stated over the phone for the second payment to start in -/-/- so I know it 's only - Dollars but I did not consent for that money to be taken out of my account. I have been playing phone tag with the people for over - weeks now and I want my money I never gave any consent for that payment to be taken out so I feel as I was robbed it is impossible to speak to anyone who speaks great - so calling this company repeatedly does nothing. - - - - - are scammers in my eyes!!
