Fail to report the debt correctly to the credit bureau. They are reporting the item to all - credit bureaus incorrectly and this is causing me to not obtain a mortgage. They reported to the credit agency 's on - that it is an installment loan, another states that its closed, and the other open with the incorrect balance. The other issue is that I had autopayments setup with this company and they take the first payment then cancel the autopayment.
