Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts December 29, 2016 - I was never informed that I have a mortgage and a car payment in my name when it would have been absolutely impossible for me to obtained either of those things considering my situation. However, when I attempted to log into my Credit Karma account those very things are the reason that I can not access my credit through their company. I informed them of this and made reference to how my statement/ defense of my credit could be verified and I have run into a brick wall. I did that but called FTC today and they told me this should be handled by your office. My complaint number with your office is - and the complaint # with FTC is -. They are a 3rd party agency that gives out false information determines there own factors in credit scores and misrepresent the true score. My credit score changes with them almost daily and goes down even though there is no movement or nothing has changed on my credit report. These kinds of site should be put out of business for reporting false information and leading people to believe what they are reporting is true and accurate when it is not.... |

On - - 2016 at - - I received an email from - Karma to my gmail that there had been a request to reroute my account to a new email address. It instructed me to respond if I had not made this request. I responded immediately that I had not. I received an automated reply stating that I would hear a response in 1-3 days. I attempted to log in to my account, but my password had been altered.
