this case number was told by your office to me on the phone to go thru FTC. I did that but called FTC today and they told me this should be handled by your office. My complaint number with your office is - and the complaint # with FTC is -. This was a complaint to say : CREDITKARMA that reports what they say they get from the - credit reporting agencies of - and - is NOT correct. - DOES NOT have one of the collections that is showing in CREDITKARMA which brings my report number down with them. What I see is an error reporting from Credit Karma. I contacted them and told me they get their information from -. I called - and they do not show this collection on my report. So - will NOT do anything because it is not on my report and Credit Karma will not remove it unless - tells them to do so. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I want this off my credit report with CREDITKARMA which is on my collection section of the report with - - -. This does n't even show an amount because it is an account that


responsibility and should be removed. - - - - - -/-/2012 Open I should NOT be the one to be running around to get my report corrected with - and Credit Karma because neither one is doing anything. This is - and has been going since way before -/-/- and I am not having - because of this frustation. Please have someone correct this immediately. Thanks.
