LexisNexis Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection billing dispute November 22, 2016 - When attempting to get cable service with -, which I had had before in my previous state, they charged me a $100.00 deposit saying my credit was n't that good which is a lie. My - is over -. But the agency they use, Lexus Nexus, had a report showing - and had information missing, which I attempted to call them and have them rectify to no avail. I proceeded to opt out of Lexis Nexis databases as a precautionary measure recommended by my former employer. They also requested I freeze all my credit reports. I have been successfully freezing my credit report at -. However, Lexis Nexis would n't freeze my file saying it is n't reqiuired in the state of Georgia. I followed the insturctions and uploaded the necessary documents. A - letter I received a letter from Lexis Nexis stating I need to upload my documents. I sent an email to them directly ( see attached ) with the document I uploaded. I received a response stating my request has been approved. I sent another email with additional request to FREEZE my - account and to inquire about my PIN number. I have yet to receive a response from Lexis Nexis via mail or EMail. ... |
