PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card transaction issue November 27, 2016 - I currently have a PayPal credit account and have had it for several years now. As of - 2016 i have been unable to use my credit account anywhere. There are no vendors that accept PayPal credit. PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card transaction issue July 13, 2016 - I made an on-line purchase from - back in - 2016. The charge was made on-line to Paypal. I never received the item and contacted Paypal. So Paypal put in a dispute. Paypal says the payment was returned but because it was entered wrong I should pay the - so it can move over. Credit card transaction issue January 7, 2016 - Purchase several items with my PayPal account and found they had put it on a PayPal Credit Card I had no idea was issued to me with a high interest rate and then tried to charge me late fees. It took me 3 months to get the mess straightened out and several phone calls. I paid off the card in full and told them to close the account.
