I have contacted the vivid seats through email and they have stated, they do not have any information on when or if this magic men show is going to take place, I find this to be a fraudulent transaction as I have paid in advance close to - for these tickets and I have not gotten what I 've paid for, I have escalated this claim and have been going in circles with vivid seats as well as paypal. and am totally satisfied with the service I have received on both side. Since paypal lis a master card, I am requesting a charge back for this purchase. and I am also going contact an attorney or even the consume affairs department to file a claim. I trust you can see my frustration with regards to this, I hope that you will resolve this matter and keep my business other wise I will go ahead and proceed with the consume affairs board. regards - - - - - -, Ca - - - paypal Customer
