PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card department,
Once again a problem with checkout at Ebay and Paypal. I filled out my credit card information for $75.00 payment for Ebay item - ( - & - DVDs ). I specifically bypassed all the buttons for Paypal and Paypal Credit and specifically clicked on credit card filling in all my - - - information. I verified that the tick mark near credit card was active. I hit submit payment. The payment went through Paypal Credit and NOT my - -. I attempted to resolve this with Paypal ( - ) and she said she would check and came back and stated they say no system issues. Incredibly enough that is similar to what occurred with a prior checkout that promised Paypal Credit and then did not appear at checkout. I have attached a whole forum of people that have had the same issue and yet Paypal ( and Ebay ) deny any wrongdoing or issues. She said I should contact the seller to refund the money so I can check out again for my preferred payment method. I am not going to taint my transaction with a new seller by yet another foul-up by checkout systems. My payment method of - - was diverted against my wishes.
