PNC Bank N.A. Credit card balance transfer November 11, 2016 - I received a Balance Transfer Offer in the mail from PNC, where I have a credit card. I went online and submittedt the request. The receiving credit card never received the check. I have called PNC repeatedly and have not received any answers as to why this was never received, although they have posted this charge to my account. They have finally agreed to re-issue the check. My complaint is that if I was not diligent in following up on this matter, I would have had a $2000.00 charge on my account with no payment received. PNC Bank N.A. Credit card balance transfer March 14, 2016 - I called PNC Bank which I had an existing credit card account with to find out if I had any balance transfer offers. I was told I had a 0 % offer so I made the balance transfer of around $10000.00. Turns out the offer was only 0 % for purchases and was actually 17 % interest on balance transfers. They also charged - or - % balance transfer fee. Once I found out that it was 17 % I soon after paid the whole balance to avoid further damage to my finances. PNC Bank N.A. Credit card balance transfer January 10, 2016 - I made a balance transfer of approximately $6300.00 to my PNC - - card using a PNC balance transfer check. The balance transfer offered 0 % APR through the - - billing. When I received my - - statement, I noticed an interest charge of $72.00. I called customer service for an explanation and was told that the 0 % balance transfer offer had expired for the check I used. Upon examination of the balance transfer checks used, I noticed an expiration date was NOT posted on the checks.
