PNC Bank N.A. Credit card department,
I received a Balance Transfer Offer in the mail from PNC, where I have a credit card. I went online and submittedt the request. The receiving credit card never received the check. I have called PNC repeatedly and have not received any answers as to why this was never received, although they have posted this charge to my account. They have finally agreed to re-issue the check. My complaint is that if I was not diligent in following up on this matter, I would have had a $2000.00 charge on my account with no payment received. In addtion, PNC phone representatives have been severely lacking in their ability to address this matter.
