Loancare was supposed to send me a refund escrow check on -/-/2015 I received a breakdown letter postmarked on -/-/- but no check for - -/-/- I receive a letter of payoff but still no check I call and I was told by a customer relations rep that because I am not a customer he does not have to deal with me.
