I 'm attempting to get my loan pay-off statement to re-finance but mortgage servicer, LoanCare. I 've waited 20 minutes for a human to answer the phone. Their website is clunky and I can not access my payoff statement even through their website. I never wanted to do business with them. - Mortgage transferred my mortgage over to this - company
