Out of the 10 consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU, 10% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Pentagon FCU responded to their complaint) and 80% were processed in a timely manner. 10% of consumer complaints against Pentagon FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 30% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

After establishing an account, I called back that same evening to apply for an Auto Loan. Pentagon FCU Consumer loan shopping for a loan or lease May 7, 2015 - Hello. Please assist me in resolving an operational defect by Pentagon Federal Credit Union. I have a single auto loan product with PFCU. I initiated a single loan application in - 2014. However, PFCU initiated - separate hard credit inquiries on - separate dates ( - - and - - ). I assert that there is no valid business need for PFCU to initiate separate hard inquiries within - hours to decision my credit worthiness.
