It appears they have done negative reporting on my credit report but never once notified my of payments not being late or delinquent. I attempted to apply for a car loan and learned I have delinquent reporting on my Experian credit report. This is a loan that was taken out in 2001 and the original loan amount was for $7600.00. I feel as though I was pressured into getting the loan and even though I did n't not complete the program I was still obligated to pay the full amount.
