April 18, 2016 - Ability Recovery Services agent - - was rude when spoke to me regarding a debt. I was not aware of the debt and asked her to indicate that as my response. She told me she would write " I refused to pay ''. I then asked her to speak to a supervisor and she told me she would not transfer me to a supervisor to tell them the same thing I told her. I attempted to call the company back in hopes of getting someone else but I kept getting her. Each time she would hang up on me.
