EOS Holdings, Inc. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan January 26, 2016 - Please refer to File # - - which apparently is now closed by your agency. I 'm confused. - - - by what was submitted on the above case sold a loan that was co-signed for by me to EOS. The loan was not defaulted on by my son, it was consolidated with his other student loans in -, therefore they ca n't come after me for cosigning for something that is not defaulted on.
