Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Pennsylvania

Please refer to File # - - which apparently is now closed by your agency. I 'm confused. - - - by what was submitted on the above case sold a loan that was co-signed for by me to EOS. The loan was not defaulted on by my son, it was consolidated with his other student loans in -, therefore they ca n't come after me for cosigning for something that is not defaulted on. I was never notified of any alleged default. The first I heard of it was when I started getting notices from EOS. This needs to come off of my credit report and this collection company needs to leave me alone. They are going after debt that is nine years old and is not real. Everything is explained in my dispute of -/-/- in your file number - I would appreciate your assistance in getting this cleared up.
