January 29, 2016 - On - -, 2014, - - -, with Kinum, Inc., called me, he was abusive. He yelled, suggested I turn off a cell phone and get rid of it to pay the debt. I explained I did not own the phone, then - - hung up on me. - - did not use any foul language, but I spoke with the Chief Compliance - - - the same day and filed a complaint. October 8, 2015 - I kept getting calls from Kinum but did not receive any bills when I received my bill I did call them. - is who identified himself and when I told him I do not have any source of income and that once I do I will pay the bill in full became aggressive, angry and began threatening legal ramifications and would not let me speak he kept saying the same thing over and over and then asked if I had a number of an attorney that I would want him to contact and that they would pursue me.
