The manager was just as insufferable. The absolute worst people Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. These people ( that term used lightly ) behave as they are above you because you owe money. I actually find that funny as a majority of America has debt, that being besides the point they are awful miserable individuals who have no business working with people. I had not received any notices so asked that they send me the information as I was not willing to pay something without doing my due diligence to make sure it was handled appropriately. The supposed manager got extremely rude, was telling me to just pay the debt and was completely hostile. Keep in mind I had just paid a $1200.00 bill that was removed from their queue because it had been wrongly sent through our insurance. After being placed on hold and transferred numerous times, a gentlemen told me what it was for. He said he couldn't accept my - month minimum payment and they do not offer settlements. So he said he needed to transfer me to another person that I could talk to. This persons name is -. She immediately asked why I was calling her and I told her I was transferred to set up a payment plan. She then told me -/month.
