RCI agency address - - - -, WA - phone - - - -. I had a bill in collection from emergency room. I got a call from collection agency, I called them back right away and I was surprise I have medical bill at collection, it was some mistake in emergency room they did not charge my insurance or did not claim all tree bills to my insurence company. And I try to talk to people from agency and explain the situation that I already payed one medical bill and I need a time to call to emergency and my insurance company to found out what bill is it? And why my insurance did cover it. They were extremely rude, they raise voice on me, they interrupted me and told me all the time that it is my fault i did not pay my bill on time - but I paid bill which i got from mail ). When I asked the name of the lady who talked to me on the phone she said her name very quickly and when I asked to spell for me she said that spelling the same as a pronunciation. She did not


again the rudest person she also raised her voice. I asked her name she spell for me like - and I asked she last name or number how I can identify her when I will talk to the owner of the company. The supervisor starts yell at me and hang up on me. I called again because I need to pay bill and I finally paid, but people who work at this agency totally unprofessional, rude and they will be the same way because they know I 'm customer can not do anything. Im asking you help please, check please review online how many people in the same situation like me. - it was my first bill in collection, I never had even late payments ). They was treating me like some sort of criminal
