I have filed fraud documentation with the original creditor, -, and they are working on the process of clearing that now. P&L Acquisitions LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 21, 2015 - My interaction includes multiple violations, but I was only able to choose one. A representative from P & L Acquisitions contacted a relative with whom I have never lived, never used as a contact address, and posed as an employee of the local courthouse. He claimed that he was looking for me, because a summons was going to be delivered to my relative 's address the following day.
