Kings Credit Services Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property February 26, 2017 - In 2010 my wife had medical coverage under my work insurance but she failed to pay the portion not covered by my medical insurance. Kings Credit services located in - California served me court papers by mail with less than a week to respond and had placed a lien on my property. I paid the debt and they informed me that they would take off the lien on my property but failed to do so and 7 years later it is still showing on my credit report.
