This is obviously not my debt, when looking up the Payday Loan company that they say I got this loan through, all comments and reviews are it being a scam Payday loan company using threats to get money for unproven loans. I will be contacting all - credit bureaus, the CFPB, FTC, and reporting this to the local police. Of course no letter in the mail either.... |

Which every company it is, it has been well over 5 years ago when I discovered that these payday loans were issued illegally in the state of NC. A few days ago I received a notification on my credit report that I owed MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEM. After researching them, it shows that they are trying to collect on a payday loan.
