I 'm not even sure the original company that issued the payday loan. Which every company it is, it has been well over 5 years ago when I discovered that these payday loans were issued illegally in the state of NC. A few days ago I received a notification on my credit report that I owed MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEM. After researching them, it shows that they are trying to collect on a payday loan. I used the - complaint system to have them remove this account from my credit report as their contract was illegally issued in the state of NC. - however only updated the account saying it was valid.
