Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Michigan
Visited - today and noticed a collection from Midwest Recovery Systems for $770.00 representing the original creditor - - - ( out of business per BBB ). This is obviously not my debt, when looking up the Payday Loan company that they say I got this loan through, all comments and reviews are it being a scam Payday loan company using threats to get money for unproven loans. I will be contacting all - credit bureaus, the CFPB, FTC, and reporting this to the local police. Of course no letter in the mail either.
