At no time did I receive communication from Fortiva informing me of the conditions of the approval. Nor does - ( - ) website state that not getting the interest-free promotional period is a possibility. - website concentrates on the 12-month interest-free financing, and once you are approved for a line of credit with Fortiva, it automatically goes back to - website at no time showing the terms of the financing nor is written communication... |

I input my information and was approved for a $5000.00 line of credit. I received my first bill and it states that I am paying 29.99 % financing on my purchase. I called Fortiva Retail Credit and was told that I was n't approved for the 0 % financing but the 29.99 % financing. I got an acknowledgment that it was done, yet they have been harassing me and also reported me delinquent on my credit report based on the original due date. Atlanticus Services Corporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease July 6, 2016 - I made a payment to Fortiva services 1day too early for $270.00 on -/-/16 which I was finally told was in the previous months statement cycle. If I had made the payment on -/-/16 all would have been fine but there was no warning message on Fortivas website where I always make the electronic payments. My issue is at the time I was not aware of the statement cycle cutoff dates but Fortiva refuses to adjust the early payment to the next day which would 've made my account current. The package was financed through Fortiva. In - of 2014, - - - abruptly closed its doors leaving customers such as myself with outstanding bills for treatments that were never received. They will NOT accept a payment via a credit card, only debit or, their preferred method, direct access to our bank account. We have thoroughly reviewed our agreement and the payment options on THEIR website, and it does NOT say that credit cards can NOT be used for payments. Upon making a payment, by debit card on the phone, only a confirmation number is given, with no way to request or print a receipt. They do n't give receipts, not even by email. ... |
