The rates dropped so I also did a VA streamline IRRRL with them. Since I am rated a - Veteran, in the state of GA I do n't pay property taxes. During the processing of my loan the underwriter added taxes to my escrow payments. I 'm not sure where the amounts came from as my County Tax Assessor Office had already provided me my estimated tax amount which stated $0.00.
