I recently closed on a VA Re-finance through -, the representative I dealt with - - and his supervisor - - both told me ( in e-mails and recorded conversations ) that if I refinanced through - - Mortgage that I would be allowed to skip my - ( $2300.00 ) and - ( $2300.00 ) payments to Shellpoint Mortgage my old lender ( Mortgage Company through New Penn Financial ). I asked if I could skip - and - payments as I had already paid Shellpoint the full amount for my - payment ( $2300.00 ) however - said no it need to be - and - Payments that I could skip based on loan ( Re-Finance ) closing. Again I was ensured that I would get my - full payment back by -. Shellpoint had included part of my - payment in final settlement and only reimbursed me for partial return of my - payment made on - - -/-/2015 of only $1200.00 was returned from - payment and $1300.00 left over from my Escrow account. I was shorted $1000.00. I have contacted both - and Shellpoint requesting the balance of $1000.00 ( might not be considered a lot of money but when you are a - it is a lot of money ). All I seem to get is the run-a-round. And - of the companies has committed fraud and definite deceptive trade practices. I want to file a formal complaint. - - - - - ( - ) and -/-/- - - - - - # -.
