At some point they sold my account to a dept collection agencies and they received the money from me. I have contacted the collection agency and they are mailing me the form stating that the accounts are paid in full and closed. But when - 's filed their complaint the total amount does not match what I paid in full and they also labeled the account as medical which is not true.
