AAS Debt Recovery Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt April 6, 2017 - Continues to attempt to collect debt. Refuses to allow proper validation of debt. When trying to dispute they have an auto message that populates which means they are not even looking into my information. Stated payment arrangement was made, I requested recording of such arrangement be sent to CFPB and BBB as well as myself of date that payment arrangement was made. They stated sent certified letter asked them who signed letter as it was not myself. I want signature sent to CFPB. The letter clearly does not state anything about payment. They violated my rights. I want full removal of trade line. No where indicates payment plan. They misrepresented everything I sent to them to fit to their agenda.... |
AAS Debt Recovery Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 5, 2017 - I sent a letter stating that I wanted to validate the debt they then turned around and stated it was a payment agreement in no way was it an agreement and payment plan like they stated. I asked for information to let me know what the debt is to give me time o validate. At this point they are making false statements. I do. It have a contract with any third party billing as well. Not one. Taking my documents to ask for validation is not a legal or even ethical statement or payment plan. At this point I will be contacting a lawyer. They are intentionally misrepresenting and making false statement... |
