I do not know False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Florida

I sent a letter stating that I wanted to validate the debt they then turned around and stated it was a payment agreement in no way was it an agreement and payment plan like they stated. I asked for information to let me know what the debt is to give me time o validate. At this point they are making false statements. I do. It have a contract with any third party billing as well. Not one. Taking my documents to ask for validation is not a legal or even ethical statement or payment plan. At this point I will be contacting a lawyer. They are intentionally misrepresenting and making false statements.
