Continues to attempt to collect debt. Refuses to allow proper validation of debt. When trying to dispute they have an auto message that populates which means they are not even looking into my information. Stated payment arrangement was made, I requested recording of such arrangement be sent to CFPB and BBB as well as myself of date that payment arrangement was made. They stated sent certified letter asked them who signed letter as it was not myself. I want signature sent to CFPB. I want original documents and signatures made from myself binding me to a contract with AAS Debt Recovery Inc, as no contract exists to my knowledge. I 'm a - veteran and getting taken advantage of by this debt collection agency who do n't even care enough to hear my disputes.
