Amex consumers have reported over 213 official complaints related to Credit card. Out of the 213 consumer complaints against Amex, 19% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 3% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 22% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I settled the debt with them in - 2015. They did n't release the judgement. I found out couple days ago that I still have the judgement against me when I am applying for a mortgage.
