We are currently in - Court ( next court date -/-/- we filed -/-/- ) finalizing our payment plan for a chapter - bankruptcy. During this time there is a stay in place and American Express who sued us last year ( before we filed ) went ahead on Friday -/-/- and took our Tax Refund and other money from our bank account, every cent we had, money meant for our mortgage and property taxes, bills and groceries ... every cent $2400.00
