I was late with my payment due to my wife taking over the bills and not paying the balance. American Express has continued to call my parents at their own address at phone numbers that were never given to AME-. I do n't appreciate the utter embarrassment they have caused me in calling my parents regarding a past due balance. My finances are not my parents business nor anyone elses. I sure hope this complaint gets attention, as I will be follow up regarding this complaint. I want to see AME- forms of communication change, since the tactics they are using are very harassing to say the least.
