I explained that I was an authorized user and I had no memory of applying for this line of credit. the representative placed me on a brief hold, when she returned to the phone she stated : " You both applied for the credit card. " 2 ) " Am I responsible for this credit card? I thought I was an authorized user only? '' The representative replied " yes. " Deceased 's Full Name : - - -Address : - - -, - -, -Social Security Number : -Date of Birth : -/-/-Account Number : -To be clear, I have met with Legal Council since in my opinion you are posturing in a manor which demonstrates you are impeding progress. Since inaction is your only action, I am notifying you may sue the estate of your relative or a person legally responsible to pay the debt. However, I have no obligation to pay debts I do not owe.
