On the - contact, the collector DID give the Mini-Miranda, but DID NOT verify any of my information such as D.O.B or last - of SSN before proceeding. Once she asked if this was first name, last name '' and I said yes, she immedietely began to disclose information about my debt. ( I could of been any first name, last name '' ) This is an FDCPA violation.
