Texas Guaranteed Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer need information about my balance/terms March 24, 2017 - T- GUAR - is reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. I have - accounts that are affecting my credit. The information is inaccurate and there is no documentation to show for it. I do not understand how they would claim my loans as charge offs when i consolidated them before they were out of my deferment time from being a student.... |
Texas Guaranteed Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer keep getting calls about my loan February 18, 2017 - On -/-/- I signed for a - loan for my daughter with Texas Guaranteed. in -/-/- I filed Chapter - in Mississippi and claimed TG as a creditor which they filed a claim for $10000.00 which was paid in full and my case was closed in -/-/-. I have received phone calls from TG that I now owe them an extra $4000.00. The case number from TG is -. My attorney explained to me before filing that creditors would file what I owed them and once they were paid that debt was over. Desired solution is have them quit calling and recognize this is a settled debt by The Bankruptcy Laws... |
Texas Guaranteed Student loan getting a loan can't qualify for a loan August 26, 2016 - Texas Guarantee has been trying to collect payments for a student loan that 's not mine. For the past 2 years, they 've taken my tax return and I 've to them the loan is n't mine. They just have an electronic signature. Then I reach out to the school -, asking for information because the debt is n't mine, and they forward an email between the student and a teacher. I tell the school that 's n my email and also ask them why they 're reporting - loans on my name ; however, they never responded.
