Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease December 2, 2015 - I received a 1 year anniversary of my CarMax jeep and was told I could apply for the skip a payment deferment after the 1 year. We had a medical issue and I needed to get the deferment for that car payment within the month. they told me I could and I talked to the corporate office and she said she received approval. I began getting calls from CarMax so I asked the Financial side if they showed the deferment they said no, it was not processed and the corporate advocacy person had made a mistake. CarMax, Inc. Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease October 26, 2015 - I was sold a lemon. Battery keeps getting killed off. - will not fix the issue claiming I do not drive the car enough. There is a more serious problem going on. This in addition to fuel system pressure issues caused by faulty design of gas flapper. Even carmax corporate is giving me - and refuses to deal with the situation. Not to mention the car to loan value is -. USED cars are being sold for more than they are worth, and multiple tv ads all seem to claim that this process is normal and that this is a average car price.
