Factual Data Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account status November 2, 2015 - - reported that I was past due on our credit card payment. They are wrong and could not provide proof that I was ever even sent a bill, they 're only response was that they sent me a bill and that was enough. I believe this is a scam as - - ( the company that issues the cards for - ) benefits by charging higher interest rate to consumers after inventing the late charge, or not providing proper notice of a due payment. In fact our account has a positive amount currently in other words they owe us money. I will be closing the account after submitting this complaint. ... |
