I do know that I never received any communication from collection agency ( certigy ). I did receive communictions from a different collection agency asking for payment on - returned checks from - which I paid - 2013. Certegy is reporting that the account is open and that I have - late pays. Certigy should be reporting acct closed and no late pays. I never set up any payment plan with Certigy or first collection agency that was assigned my account. I also requested validation and received no response. ... |
