Incorrect information on credit report Account status Ohio

Although I have filed bankruptcy and this was discharged in - 2014, I am still battling with the credit agencies and creditors to reflect accuracy - this inhibits the ability to move forward and gain a credit history ; which was the ultimate goal of going to this extreme. I am simply trying to face forward and establish some positivity out of a horrendous situation. However, it has been months and they seem to discredit my claim. This is why I turn to this portal and request some assistance they may take a little more seriously ... thank you.
