Consumer Collection Management. Inc Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount July 15, 2016 - I had payment agreement with a medical provider to pay bill at $25.00 every other week which I started immediately. Provider then sent account to collection in spite of agreement and then stated they are no longer collecting the item. I have attached several docs showing that I made a $25.00 payment and then a bill after that from the medical provider showing they transferred the account to collection company as a bad debt write off in the amount of $750.00 despite the fact that I was making payments as agreed.
