Sometimes even more than that. Over the past few days they have called at least twenty times and from several different numbers. This includes calling and hanging up right after. They even called me 4 times within an hour! I ca n't answer the phone most of the time because I 'm at work. They will call all the time. I 'm behind on my bill but they did n't honor an agreement made. I made a payment recently online and saw that they are still charging me for -/-/2016. I have continued to receive multiple phone calls asking where the payment is. Again, they refused to accept my payment before the due date and are still refusing to accept it now.... |

BB&T Financial Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls May 15, 2015 - My car loan with Regional Acceptance has language in the agreement that states we have two weeks past due date before it is considered late and beyond that there is a charge that can be negotiated with a payment arrangement, I continually make payment arrangements but I recieve -- calls a day once the due date has past. I have requested they stop and they continue, please help. I always pay my bill including any late fees, I 've never missed a payment. My only issue is sometimes I 'm late. ... |
