After BB & T flat out refused, multiple times, to accept my method of payment, I spoke with them -- times stating payment would be sent before - -, 2017. I have continued to receive multiple phone calls asking where the payment is. Again, they refused to accept my payment before the due date and are still refusing to accept it now.
