Cooper Hoffman Klein Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect October 28, 2015 - A company named Cooper Hoffman Klein and Associates called and stated they were investigating my bank account and I would be sent for prosecution for a debt for a payday loan from 6 years ago, they threatened to file a claim that would garnish me, send me to jail if I did not pay them - today -/-/- and the remained of the money in - payments -/-/-. I asked for proof the debt that they said they would e-mail me and I have not received anything they said I was a low life and I know I owe the money and it is time to pay. The represent themselves as a law-firm but I can not find an... |
