When I pointed this out to - - they cancelled the remaining balance on my account. Fox Collection reports a zero balance on the debt but they have told - - and me as well. That was paid on -/-/- and posted to my account on -/-/-. I first learned of this deby when applying for a home loan. I have contacted - - numerous times to let them know that this was not accurate and to please verifiy the balance with the client. Fox Collection refused and failed to follow up and thus knowingly continued to report negative items to the credit bureaus.
